Why I started cooking...

 

As a child, everyone has a dream of what they would like to be when they grow up. I never had that, until I was introduced to cooking. Although I didn’t go to Culinary school, I have been taught by experience and have worked with some great chefs. I continue to learn every day in the kitchen. Now with my knowledge, I try to commit to developing and training my coworkers, the same way I was taught throughout my career. Food is my passion and my drive. Seeing the look on someone’s face, either from a great visual plate or that first bite, is an incredible feeling.
